Research and expertise

My research focuses on advancing circular economy in the construction sector by translating circular principles into practical, assessable, and continuously improvable approaches. My research aims to directly support industry and inform policies and standards.

Current research activity

  • PhD: A Harmonised Circular Economy Framework for Assessment and Continuous Improvement of Construction Products, Supervised by Dr Sitsofe Yevu, Dr Kudirat Ayinla and Professor Chris Goodier
  • UCRIC Services: supporting an independent review by providing evidence-informed circular economy innovations to enable low-carbon solutions in infrastructure delivery

Recently completed research projects

  • Research Assistant: - Assessment and Optimisation for Circular Modern Methods of Construction at product level, Supervised by Professor Sergio Cavalaro
  • MSc: The potential of Building Information Modelling as an enabler for the Circular Economy
