Profile
Dr Aakash Bansal’s research looks into developing new industry-ready radio frequency systems to support the future telecommunications and space infrastructure.
His research is aiming towards building safer roads with new sensors for vehicles; supporting global internet access through small satellites; building secure networks and telecommunication infrastructure for safe and resilient 5G/6G networks.
Dr Bansal has previously worked with Satellite Applications Catapult in the UK, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research India, and Government of India. He is an active STEM promoter and has worked with Indian Government on establishing successful STEM programmes across the country. He regularly works on several consultancy projects globally.
