Inspirational Women Awards
Every year Maia members nominate their colleagues for Inspiring Women Awards, celebrating their achievements both at work and at home. The awards are handed out at the Maia anniversary聽event which takes place every May.
The awards are open to all women, including trans women and non-binary people comfortable in a female-centred community. You can even choose to give a team an award.
Everyone who's nominated is an award winner will receive a digital certificate and Maia badge.
This year's categories are:
- Inspirational Women Award: Cohesion (i.e. nomination broadly around community, collaboration, leadership, supportive cultures, inspiring others)
- Inspirational Women Award: Action (i.e. nomination linked to a particular project or piece of work)
- Inspirational Person Award (i.e. nomination of a person, including male, non-binary people who have demonstrated outstanding allyship, support and advocacy)
